Plumbing Works
- Connect inlet & outlet piping for kitchen sink & washing machine.
- Supply labour to install storage heater or 02 nos. of instant heaters.

- Supply labour to install kitchen sink, hob & hood.
Painting Works
- Supply & apply 03 coats of Nippon emulsion paint to all internal walls & ceilings ( max. 5 colours ) (Except Ceiling White Only).
- Supply & apply Nippon gloss paint to all door frames & bomb shelter.
Miscellaneous
- Supply & lay protection sheet.
- Clean up whole unit with chemical.
Custom Made Build-in Furniture
– All laminates from Germany or Italy with solid ply wood Kitchen Area
- Design & fabricate top & bottom kitchen cabinet in laminate finish c/w 04 sides ABS trimming swing doors, cutlery tray, 02 pcs. of glass panels & designer handles ( max. 20ft L ).
- Supply & install stainless steel dish rack with hydraulic lift-up 04 sides ABS trimming door & glass panel ( max. 3ft L )
- Free 20mm thickness Quartz worktop ( max.10ft L ).
- Free soft closing hinges for kitchen carpentry swing doors.
